Hi lovelies 💓! I’m Citlalli (or as some of you may know me, Cici) and I hope to be your hair girl! My goal is for my space to be your safe space, a place where you can relax, trust me with your vision, and know that I’ll always care for your hair and beauty goals. Sometimes it takes time and care to get to those dream results, but I promise to walk that journey with you (and never fry your hair off or judge you for cutting your bangs or dying your hair at home, lol!) Whether it’s a haircut, a blowout or a fun color transformation or all I’m here to help you shine like the star you are💖
CANCELLATION POLICY
⌛ Late Arrivals: • 9-Minute Grace: A courtesy for those "running a bit behind" moments. • 10+ Minutes Late: A late fee will be applied (fees vary based on the service and the impact on following appointments). • 20+ Minutes Late: Your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled to avoid overlapping with my next guest. ⏰ Cancellations: Please give 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a $25 fee 🚫 No-Shows: • 1st no-show → Grace (I understand things happen 💓) • 2nd no-show → 50% of your service will be charged to the card on file • 3rd no-show → Future bookings will no longer be accepted
